My Pet Credentials, Inc. specializes in maintaining your pet’s medical and vaccination records. It is a global, multi-lingual solution to a problem that has affected millions of pet owners worldwide: the lack of an efficient method to store and share pet health and vaccination records.

Our system provides a collaborative method of communication that allows pet medical records and vaccinations to be viewed with an easy-to-use mobile app and website. Pet Owners and pet professionals, including veterinarians, animal hospitals, shelters, pet salons and trainers can upload and share pet records and vaccinations safely and securely.

My Pet Credentials is one of the most advanced, robust lost and found pet recovery and microchip registry platforms in the market. Lost pets can be identified and the owner(s) contacted within seconds via the pets’ MPC Security Number, Rabies ID/Vet Number, Microchip Number, Name Tag or Name Tag with a Phone Number at www.mpclost.com.

MPC Premium Subscription:
Your annual subscription is free for 30 days. Your iTunes account will be charged $6.99 at the end of the free 30 day period. Your subscription is auto-renewable which means that once purchased it will be auto-renewed every year until you cancel it 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The duration of the subscription is annually with a charge of $6.99 every year. Your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period with a cost $6.99. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal by going to your account settings.
